Renewable Technologies’s – Maintenance and Services Department, supported by highly experienced technical team will undertake any kind of maintenance, services, troubleshoot, repair, testing and commissioning and installation of different types of Boilers (Gas – Fuel) and Steam Boilers ensure that the systems work flawlessly and trouble free hence prolong the lifespan of the systems.

With the assistance of preventive maintenance or periodic maintenance, it’s possible to predict and determine the elements that are on a verge of collapse and avoid the danger of any part failure or breakdown throughout the high season, at the same time increasing the lifespan of the equipment.
SOLAR THERMAL SYSTEMS, HEAT PUMPS AND CALORIFIERS
Renewable Technologies, dedicated technicians will undertake the maintenance of the solar thermal systems, Thermosiphon Systems and Forced Circulation Systems.
Maintenance requirements to inspect periodically, main parts of the system and change some parts periodically such as magnesium anodes for hot water storage tanks as per manufacturer recommendations to avoid corrosion and leakage after that.

HEAT PUMPS AND CALORIFIERS
Air and Water source Heat Pumps are electrical appliances carrying refrigerant to extract heat. Heat pumps also house the compressor that helps to maximize the heat gained.
Air and Water source heat pumps will require periodic maintenance and servicing in line with the manufacturers guideline and recommendations.
As with any mechanical and electrical system, whether air source or water source heat pumps require periodic maintenance to help keep them running smoothly and to last for as long as possible.
It’s better to be safe than sorry, in order to keep the property’s Hot Water System completely healthy, preventive inspections andmaintenances should be conducted regularly as to keep everything in peak condition, which will reduce the chances of any unexpected problems and emergency repairs.
